American Pale Ale

Pizza Port Graveyard's Pale Ale
6.2% ABV American Pale Ale
In the fall of 2001, the Oceanside sandbar got hit with a rare Southern Hemisphere swell. The O’side locals erected a surfboard graveyard with all the broken boards taken. Then in October came the day of the year, when surfers were getting right and left tubes at the same time all morning. More than a few board victims were added to the graveyard, as captured in this classic, iconic image by Steve Sherman. Let’s raise a can of the hoppy San Diego Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic and Australian hops to all the surfboards that gave up their life in pursuit of perfect tube rides! Cheers!

Imperial Stout

AleSmith Hawaiian Speedway Stout
12.0% ABV 70.0 IBU Imperial Stout
2015 Specialty Release We often use Speedway Stout as a jet-black canvas for homages to things we hold dear, whether it’s artisan coffee, a favorite edible or sumptuous flavor combination. The most recent variation of our celebrated imperial stout honors the culinary character of the Hawaiian Islands by combining the lush sweetness of coconut with vanilla and Ka’u coffee. Named after the region of Hawaii from which it hails, Ka’u is produced from some of the world’s rarest coffee beans. Slow-grown beneficiaries of nutrient-rich volcanic soil and idyllic climate, Ka’u offers nuances of caramel and hazelnut plus a soft floral character, all of which marry seamlessly with natural sweetness from the vanilla and coconut as well as Speedway Stout’s inherently rich, chocolaty character. Say aloha to something truly exception- al and evocative of its namesake isles.

Unfiltered Hard Cider

2 Towns Ciderhouse Outcider
5.0% ABV Unfiltered Hard Cider
OutCider is made with a blend of Jonagold apples and other Northwest varieties. Jonagold is a cross of two famous cultivars bred for unusually large and flavorful fruit. The thin skin of this apple lends a hint of tannin to round out the natural sweetness of the juice. Jonagold apples are ideal for an unfiltered cider, with juicy notes of the raw fruit left fully intact. The only thing closer than the OutCider to fresh-pressed harvest apples, is a sip right off the apple press.

Witbier

Ommegang Witte
5.2% ABV 11.0 IBU Witbier
Witte is our version of the classic Belgian wit or "white" ale. Witte, which is actually Flemish for white, is brewed with malted and unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander - offering a refreshing style that showcases the Belgian talent for brewing full-flavored ales that are also light and balanced. It is pale straw in color, slightly hazy from the yeast, and topped with a huge white, fluffy head. Witte is pleasantly light on the tongue, balanced between malt and wheat sweetness. Hops and spice with a subtle clove note backed by flavors of lemon and sweet orange give way to a dry, crisp, refreshing finish.
